- Shipping & Delivery
- Currently, Flower Child only ships within the good 'ol USA and to US military bases abroad. Please remember that all Flower Child Products are handmade in small batches, so it is possible that from time to time, a product you purchase through the Flower Child online store may be out of stock before it is noted. Please provide adequate contact information in case we need to notify you about back order options. Also, the shipping calculators give estimates of the time it takes your packages to get to you once Flower Child has processed and package the order. Flower Child strives for a minimum of Next Day Shipment of orders once they are confirmed, but that's not always possible. We will contact you by email if we estimate a longer order processing time than 3 days. Flower Child warrants that all products shipped are high-quality and undamaged at the time of shipping out. Should you discover damage at the time of delivery, please contact the shipper directly. ***All products are shipped with out insurance unless you, the customer, request it at the time of the order placement. Just use the Additional Information box to indicate that you wish to purchase insurance and the amount will be added after checkout.
- Sales Tax
- Flower Child charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
- Return Policy
- If you are unhappy with your Flower Child products, you may return them WITHIN 10 days for full refund (products price only...shipping charges still apply). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. **all products must be completely UNUSED and UNDAMAGED upon return arrival to Flower Child in order to qualify for full refund.
